Connect Force, an Uptown group that works with youth through hip-hop’s many flavors of artistic expression, basically threw the party and we, Ashland House, were the venue.  All the truly fly people were dancing through the night to the DJs and the hits that they were spinning from the 70s and 80s.  We had a community canvas and the artists did their thing.  Props to Justin, Jesse, and CJ from Connect Force and to everyone who came out to support this amazingly talented group of young people.
